【How to Order】
It is greatly appreciated if you can place your order as far in advance as possible. Contacting me one month in advance at the latest will allow me to take the time needed to create something as close to your ideal outcome as possible.
For customers with urgent orders, I can take orders up to around a week before a performance, as long as my schedule allows.
I’d like to create and deliver as many orders as I can, so even if you’re worried that an event is coming up soon, please feel free to contact me regarding what could be done.
If you are interested in placing an order, please begin the process by sending an email with details about your order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information in the subject line of your email:
Delivery date (Month / Day), Performance name and recipient (ABC Live, to Mr./Mrs. XYZ), and product name (Flower stand, backstage flowers, bouquet, flower arrangement, etc.). Furthermore, please do not modify this subject line during the course of correspondence.
In the body of your email, please list: Date of delivery, delivery address, delivery and collection times, recipient, budget, desired design (listing desired designs in order of priority will make the process easier), URL for official performance website, customer name, and customer contact information.
As I work in a separate location on days when I do not have orders, as well as the fact that I am likely to be working on, delivering, or meeting people regarding orders while I am present in my store, if you would like to visit the store in person, please be sure to contact me in advance before you do. There is a strong chance that I will not be able to receive customers at the store if they have not made a prior appointment.
While I reply to emails in the order that they arrive, it may take up to 2 to 3 days before your email is replied to, as I work in a separate location when I do not have orders I am working on.
If three days pass and you have not received an email, there is a possibility that your message has been overlooked or was not properly delivered. In this case, I apologize in advance, but I would appreciate it if you could send another message asking for a reply (in cases like these, an @-message on Twitter may be the most surefire way of contacting me.)
Additionally, unless a request is made otherwise, I may post completed products on the shop’s website or on various social media. If you do not wish for your completed order to be posted, please let me know (as well as if it is OK to post the order with only the names hidden).
All of the work at Hananoki is conducted by me alone. While I do recognize that this may lead to various inconvenient situations, I ask for your understanding and support for my mission to give as much time as possible to your flower displays and to make them as good as they can be.
【Q & A】
・What kind of minimum budget will I need to place an order?
I take orders beginning at 20,000 yen for 1-level stands and 25,000 yen for 2-level stands. However, flower selection and designs at this budget are limited. If orders are made at this price level, please be forewarned that there is a chance that a lower volume of flowers will be used, or that I will not be able to create something according to the design specified (though I will try my hardest to meet your requests).
For backstage flowers and other arrangements and bouquets, I accept orders for delivery starting at 10,000 yen (shipping not included).
・About how much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on what is being shipped.
For flower stands, delivery is free if the location is within 30 minutes of my store by car (about a 15 kilometer radius from Akihabara). If collection is required at this distance, I charge a collection fee of 1,500 yen.
Flower arrangements and bouquets within the same area (whether self-delivered or delivered by a third-party company) have a flat cost of 1,500 yen.
Please contact me regarding deliveries beyond this range, as they will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If delivery is within walking distance (in the Akihabara area), both delivery and collection are free!
・Will you make panels for free?
I am able to make simple panels at no cost.
However, requests to make detailed panels that use backgrounds and / or fonts relating to a specific work will incur a separate charge (from approx. 1,000-5,000 yen).
The price of these panels will change depending on design. so please consult with me through email for more details.
・Can I or my group use a panel or props that we’ve made ourselves?
I will do my best to incorporate them, but some items cannot be placed on flower stands (due to weight or durability issues). In these cases, please understand that it may not be possible to use your items .

Of course, you may also bring items directly to the store with an appointment.
For self-made panels, I am able to make a simple panel from a digital file if you send it to me a week before the delivery date or earlier. Please create the file so that it is A3-sized or smaller (as these will be simple panels, it is suggested that you make a panel yourself if you wish to make solidly-built panels or ones cut in clean, specific shapes).
Customer-made panels will not incur a separate charge.
・When and how do I pay?
Please send payment by wire transfer or pay at the store a week before delivery at the latest. Only cash payments are accepted at the store.
